What payment method do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover via PayPal. Payments can also be made via PayPal account. You can also make a direct money transfer.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED IN AMERICAN DOLLARS ($).

Where do you send your prints?

We send our posters Worldwide for one price: 5$.

When will you send my package?

Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days upon received payment. You will get an e-mail confirmation of a shippment. More information about delivery and shippment can be found HERE.

Is the package going to be tracked?

We send our prints by Registered Priority Mail, which are tracked but the service depends on the country we send the package to. Check if your country accepts GLOBAL Expres shipping for tracking service all over the World. 

The print looks different than on my computer monitor. How is that possible?

Colors may vary slightly from how they appear on your monitor. We recommend to view our website on a few different monitors (computer, mobile, tablet etc.)

Can I return the print?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

Can I exchange the print?

For exchanges please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Then, contact us (orders@follygraph.com) to return your original order. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
